meet The leaders of our creator Team
Envizion runs on story sense. Every member on our team comes from a storytelling or comedy background. Whether someone is a writer, editor, director, or holding the camera, they’re making decisions with audience timing and narrative in mind.
Meet our Founder, CEO, and Head of Creative Development! Aiden started his career in short-form content in 2017 by launching 1 Minute Talk Show, inspired by the idea that something was coming between the traditional long-form videos on YouTube and overly short clips of Vine. At a time before platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts even existed, Aiden developed a show that resonated with digital audiences, creating one of the first short-form series ever and pioneering the format. Over the years, 1MTS has amassed over 1 billion views and close to 3 million followers spanning across YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
His work has been highlighted in publications like ‘Deadline’, which noted,“TikTok’s 1 Minute Talk Show [is] getting as many clicks as the Late Show and the Tonight Show draw in overnight ratings.”
After founding Envizion, Aiden expanded the company into a creative marketing agency supporting theatrical, TV, and digital campaigns. Envizion’s services are designed to cover full film marketing needs, ranging from theatrical and TV creative (trailers, spots, and cutdowns) to social-first campaigns, digital and motion design, and campaign toolkits that can extend into areas like key art, posters, and EPK-style assets. In the last year Envizion has created content for major studios such as Warner Bros. and Universal on projects like Superman, Wicked: For Good, and Jurassic World: Rebirth. He has driven the creative editorial for full-scale social campaigns promoting films such as The Monkey, Together, The Life of Chuck, Splitsville, Shelby Oaks, and more… Guiding how each title is positioned and expressed across the broader marketing campaign.
In addition to creative marketing, Envizion is built as a production partner, with a team of creative writers, producers, and filmmakers who bring backgrounds in comedy, storytelling, and digital-first series. We support concepting and writing in-house, produce shoots with experienced crew, latest video equipment, and carry projects through post to final delivery. We’ve led a full-funnel campaign for Jason Momoa’s water brand Mananalu, overseeing the process end-to-end from pitching the concepts to their team team through final launch.
That same creative foundation has also been proven through long-term partnerships building audience-first formats. Through Envizion, Aiden began working on Hanging Out when the show had fewer than 100,000 followers, and helped reformat the series from the ground up, rebuilding the show’s structure, episode flow, brand identity (including logo, fonts, colors, etc…) and overall approach to how it’s shot and cut. Since then, Hanging Out has grown to millions of followers and hundreds of millions of views.
Aiden works closely with his team to shape the vision and execution in hundreds of video content pieces a month. Providing creative input and oversight on every production, ensuring Envizion consistently delivers high-quality videos with impactful storytelling. Moreover, Aiden dedicates time to hand-selecting and training new producers, fostering a group of talented artists who shape every Envizion production.
Most important of all, according to famousbirthdays.com, Aiden is the 11th most famous person with the last name “Wall.” Eat your heart out Tamara Wall, 48 year old Soap Opera actress from Liverpool!!!!
This is our Head of Production & Creative Development Specialist! Sean began his career as a TV production major, where he co-created the TikTok comedy page The UnderGrads with his college best friends. The page garnered hundreds of millions of views, propelling Sean and his team to Los Angeles, where they honed their comedy talents. Upon joining the Envizion team, he quickly earned a reputation among producers for his sharp comedic timing and innovative editing style, and in 2025, he led editorial on marketing projects for Superman, Wicked: For Good, and Five Nights at Freddy’s 2. As well as campaigns for Splitsville, Shelby Oaks, & more.
His creative range has made him a go-to across all stages of production, especially creative development, where he’s written, filmed, and even starred in multiple longterm social campaigns for brands like Mattel, driving millions of views to UNO’s social channels. In addition to creative development for YouTuber, Jesse James West, whose channel has over 8.4 Million subscribers, reflecting Sean’s creative talent and dedication to the craft.
His approach was pivotal in shaping shows like Shop Cats, which quickly became an internet hit thanks in large part to his high-quality editing and his ability to condense extremely long shoots and multiple interviews into a single 90-second storyline. With fun editing, intentional shot selection, and a clear narrative, he consistently turns complex footage into content that moves.
He also played a crucial role in Season 1 of the short-form series Bite Me, helping spark its rapid viral success. In just six months, the show amassed over 200,000 combined followers and earned millions of views across TikTok and Instagram. While we no longer work on Bite Me today, the original Season 1 episodes averaged over 1 million views per episode during the time Sean loaned his creative mark.
Over the years at Envizion, Sean has been a key editor on What’s Poppin’, Subway Oracle, and Hanging Out!, plus multiple campaign length projects for brands like Dream Works, Warner Bros, Universal, NEON, Mattel, Sephora, The WNBA, and more…
Say hello to the Head of Post Production! Zach oversees Envizion’s editorial approach and post-production standards. He started working in digital media in 2017 and has since built a deep portfolio in post-production and creative direction. Before coming to Envizion, Zach was the lead editor over at Socially Inept for over 3 years, pushing their instagram page to 1 million followers, and growing their YouTube channel all the way to 100K subscribers from 0 in the span of months.
While Zach’s primary role is overseeing the post production for every digital series we edit, including Are You Okay?, Judgy, 1 Minute Talk Show, Shop Cats, (& much more), it would be a disservice to say his impact stops there. He pairs high-touch, boutique editing with practical training and clear, repeatable workflows. He leads our post team, reviews every editor’s work, and meticulously approves each frame before it reaches a client. More importantly, he shows up for his team of editors in a real way, investing in their growth, building their confidence, and making sure they feel supported as they keep getting better and continue to grow.
He also designed and built our in-house, scalable system, allowing us to take on projects of any size without compromising quality, and ensuring our standard of quality comes through in everything we deliver.
When he’s not shaping stories, you can catch him in the forest or the park trying to grow his collection of bird pictures, which he catalogs on his instagram. It might seem strange to highlight a bird photography page that has no direct ties to Envizion on our company website, but hey, we think it’s deserving of a spotlight, and we earned 2 Clio awards last year, so that probably means we know what we’re talking about. (Fun Fact: it does not mean we know what we’re talking about.)
michael Boyer
Welcome our newest Post Production Lead! While Mike officially joined the Envizion team in December 2024, his history with us goes back almost a decade. He was part of the original 1 Minute Talk Show crew in 2017 and has been a trusted collaborator ever since. These days he leads most of our work with NowThis!, working hand-in-hand with their massive team of producers across multiple shows, including the breakout hit Are You Okay?
Known for its sharp comedy and high-end editing, Are You Okay? became one of the fastest-growing social media series of 2025, a success owed in no small part to Mike’s distinctive editorial voice.
Outside the editing bay, Mike can usually be found screaming into a mic at hardcore punk shows. Totally unrelated. Unless you think tempo, pacing, and split-second timing sound familiar. (That last sentence was cute, but that’s definitely not how it works. Would be pretty cool if it did though, right?)
Shawn Lynn
Envizion’s one and only VP of Operations! Shawn co-founded Envizion alongside Aiden and has been crucial to the company's growth and success from the very start. Though he usually keeps clear of the editing bay, Shawn expertly manages Envizion’s growing team of production staff, overseeing all operations and handling communications with major digital media clients including Mad Realities, Fallen Media, NEON Rated, American Picture Company, NowThis, and more! His behind the scenes leadership is vital, allowing Envizion’s creative team to focus on what they do best.
Recently, Shawn directed and starred in a shot-for-shot recreation of a scene from Dodgeball. No one asked him to make this, and we still don’t know why he did it. He felt this was important enough to put in his website biography. In fact, this was the only stipulation he had in his entire company contract, and who are we to tell a man where his values should lie?
