meet The leaders of our post production Team

Meet our Senior Post-Production Lead! Sean began his editing career as a TV production major, where he co-created the TikTok comedy page No Conflikt (formerly UnderGrads) with his college best friends. The page garnered hundreds of millions of views, propelling Sean and his team to Los Angeles, where they honed their comedy talents. For Sean, this meant diving into post-production, quickly earning a reputation among producers for his sharp comedic timing and innovative editing style.

His approach was pivotal in shaping Bite Me from its inception, playing a crucial role in the show’s instant viral success. In just 6 months the show was able to amass over 200,000 followers and millions of views between Tik Tok and Instagram. He plays a crucial part in the editing of What’s Poppin’, Shop Cats, Subway Oracle, and Hanging Out!, and his expertise at Envizion has been sought for projects with brands like Dream Works, Mattel, Sephora, The WNBA, and much more…

In addition to all this, Sean still finds time during his off hours to work on content for his longtime friend, fitness YouTuber Jesse James West, whose channel has nearly 6 million subscribers—a testament to Sean’s incredible efficiency and dedication to the craft.

Meet our Founder, CEO, and Head of Post-Production Development! Aiden started his career in short-form content in 2017 by launching 1 Minute Talk Show,  inspired by the idea of creating something between traditional long-form videos and overly short clips. At a time before platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts even existed, Aiden developed a show that resonated with digital audiences, pioneering the short-form talk show format. Over the years, 1MTS has amassed over 1 billion views and 3 million followers spanning across YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.

His work has been highlighted in publications like Deadline’, which noted, “TikTok’s 1 Minute Talk Show [is] getting as many clicks as the Late Show and the Tonight Show draw in overnight ratings.”

Most recently, Aiden has been leading Envizion's expansion into film studio marketing and social content, creating content for major studios such as Warner Bros. and Universal on projects like Superman and Jurassic World: Rebirth. He has driven the creative editorial direction for full-scale social campaigns promoting films such as Together, The Life of Chuck, The Monkey, and the upcoming Splitsville. Currently, Aiden is heading Envizion's latest endeavor as a trailer house, personally cutting and shaping the trailer and teaser campaign for Nirvanna the Band the Show: The Movie alongside the rest of the Envizion team.

As the Head of Post-Production Development, Aiden works closely with his team of editors to shape the vision and execution in hundreds of short-form video pieces a month. Providing creative input and oversight on every production, ensuring Envizion consistently delivers high-quality videos with impactful storytelling. Moreover, Aiden dedicates time to hand-selecting and training new editors, fostering a group of talented artists who shape every Envizion production.

Meet our Post-Production Lead! Brandon has worn many hats at Envizion, starting as one of the lead editors for 1 Minute Talk Show, where his creativity and humor contributed to the series’ viral success.

Now a key member of the post-production team, Brandon works with an array of producers on multiple productions, staying on top of it all and consistently delivering standout content. Most recently, he has been primarily involved with leading Envizion’s post-production efforts for Now This! Digital Originals, playing a crucial role in launching their new lineup of short-form shows. His collaborations also include projects for brands like LeBron James’ SpringHill, Jason Mamoa’s Mananalu, Cash App , and much more.

When not managing productions, Brandon hones his skills on his personal YouTube page, MegaSham, where he unapologetically posts gaming videos for a niche but passionate audience. Is it unconventional to highlight this in his bio for our website? Probably. But it’s proof Envizion is led by editors who love what they do.

Meet our newest Post Production Lead! While Mike officially joined the Envizion team in December 2024, his history with us goes back almost a decade. He was part of the original 1 Minute Talk Show crew in 2017 and has been a trusted collaborator ever since. These days he leads most of our work with NowThis!, working hand-in-hand with their massive team of producers across multiple shows, including the breakout hit Are You Okay?

Known for its sharp comedy and high-end editing, Are You Okay? has become one of the fastest-growing social media series of 2025, a success owed in no small part to Mike’s distinctive editorial voice. He also heads up a growing team of Envizion editors embedded with NowThis!, helping us scale one of our most ambitious partnerships to date.

Outside the editing bay, Mike can usually be found screaming into a mic at hardcore punk shows. Totally unrelated. Unless you think tempo, pacing, and split-second timing sound familiar.

Shawn Lynn

Envizion’s one and only VP of Operations! Shawn co-founded Envizion alongside Aiden and has been crucial to the company's growth and success from the very start. Though he usually keeps clear of the editing bay, Shawn expertly manages Envizion’s growing team of editors and junior editors, overseeing all operations and handling communications with major digital media clients including Mad Realities, Fallen Media, and NowThis!. His behind the scenes leadership is vital, allowing Envizion’s creative team to focus on what they do best.

Recently, Shawn directed and starred in a shot-for-shot recreation of a scene from Dodgeball We felt this was important enough to mention, we’ll let you decide why…
